E-Verify

Notice of Participation and Right to Work

Lessimp, Inc. participates in E-Verify, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) program that electronically confirms the employment eligibility of newly hired employees by comparing information from each employee's Form I-9 against records held by DHS and the Social Security Administration.

As required of all participating employers, Lessimp displays the two notices below, provided by DHS in English and Spanish. E-Verify is used only to confirm employment eligibility after a hiring decision has been made — never to pre-screen applicants — and Lessimp does not use E-Verify to discriminate against any employee or applicant.
