Account & Data Deletion Request

At Lessimp, you are a Sovereign Individual with full control over your data. You can request deletion of your Lessimp account and all associated personal data at any time.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: In-App (Recommended)

  1. Open the Lessimp app on your device
  2. Go to Settings (gear icon)
  3. Tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm your decision in the dialog

Your account will be immediately deactivated and scheduled for permanent deletion.

Option 2: Email Request

If you cannot access the app, send an email to request account deletion:

Email privacy@lessimp.com

Include the email address or phone number associated with your Lessimp account. We will verify your identity and process the request within 5 business days.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

90-Day Recovery Window: After deletion, your account enters a 90-day recovery period. During this time, your profile is hidden from other users but can be recovered by contacting support@lessimp.com. After 90 days, all data is permanently and irreversibly purged.

Automatic Purge: Our system automatically runs a daily purge process at 2:00 AM UTC. Accounts past the 90-day recovery window are permanently deleted, including Firebase Authentication records, all stored files, Firestore documents, and related data across all collections.
